Universal introThis is an imitation of the famous UNIVERSAL STUDIOS INTRO.
Following a tutorial at maxafter.com on how to make the intro I decided to make an blend of the old and the new intro's. This project was created with 3Ds Max and After Effects. |

CASTLE ASSAULT
In this project I worked with 3Ds Max and After Effects.
The castle was created and textured in 3Ds Max. The banners that are waving in the wind and come crashing dow were made in a separate max file. The fire balls were made with FumeFX a plug-in inside 3Ds Max. I composed all the different layers in After Effects. The inter action between the multiple layers was my main focus and experiment. |

the smoking airplane
This project was created solely within Adobe After EffectsCS6.
It started with footage of the internet. This footage was shot from an airplane seat. That gave me inspiration to make it look like a disaster scene. So I followed a tutorial of an airplane on flames, from www.videocopilot.net and implemented the knowledge into this project. This is the result. |

My Final school projectThis is my final school project.
I used 3Ds Max and Xsence(Motion Capture) and After Effects. The goal of this animation was to show my skills to my professors. The aim was to show a succesful militairy rescue operation. It starts with live actors in a greenscreen studio, then turns into a fully CG animation. It had to look as if the viewer follows the rescue team through a satellite as the mission unfolds before their eyes. |

And more....Here are some of my other projects.
At the left is a owl made in 3ds max. It was a project during my internship. The company wanted this owl as a mascotte. It had to be animated in a variety of poses. At the right, an animation of the earth from space. This was my project to seamlessly blend magnifications of the same layer into one smooth move. |
